Drop Box

We moved the drop box down to the clubhouse, it's now on the north wall. Please remember to write your name and apartment number clearly on your check so we will know what account it belongs to.

Change of Plans

Cleaning checks for north court will be on the 19th and re-checks will still be held on the 20th.

Cleaning Inspections....

North Court (apartments 411-466) are having their cleaning checks on February 17, 2009.

TIME: Between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm
Please make sure your apartment is clean and available to Management during the specified times.

Apartment Re-Checks will be Friday February 20, 2009. If your apartment does not pass inspection, you will be charged a $5.00 re-inspection fee which will be due immediately.
