We apologize for all of the confusion with the cable boxes.
We do not have the new cable boxes in the office. The cable company, Mstar, has been out delivering new cable boxes to all of the individual apartments. We are not too sure how long it will take them to reach all of the apartments.
We understand that not all of the channels are coming through and you can call Mstar at 1-877-678-2763.
We do know the following:
- Once it is plugged in, DO NOT unplug it. It will stop working all together after it is unplugged.
- There are activation codes:
Green Briar: 1025
Courtside: 1024
Hopefully this will be taken care of as soon as possible. If we find out anything new, we will let you know. Again, we apologize for all of the confusion and headache.

I was left a note with the new box last Friday saying it shouldn't be plugged in yet. Do you know if it can be plugged in now?
ReplyDeleteI believe you can plug it in now, just don't unplug it once it has been plugged in. If you have any questions you can always call Mstar at 877-678-2763.
